Royal Palace (Kungliga Slottet)

A must see during a trip to Stockholm. City hall is a fantastic beautiful tour. An elevator ride to the top of the 348 story building will allow you to have an amazing panoramic view of the entire city. The immense banquet hall is where the Nobel Prize dinner is held.

Gamala Ston

Gamala Stom is an old medieval town within Stockholm with many of its buildings dating back to the 13th century. Gamala Ston is great for an afternoon walk, and is full of a variety of different shops, cafes and restaurants to visit.

Haga Park

Haga Park is home to the cities magnificent Butterfly house, as well as the Royal Palace and numerous museums. It can be a great destination for an afternoon stroll, shopping, and sightseeing. Haga Park has enough within it to keep you occupied all day and into the night.

Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde

An art gallery and monument for "the painting prince": Prince Eugens; Oscar II youngest child. Open to the public in 1948, the art gallery contains work by artist such as Edvard Munch, Carl Larsson, and Anders Zorn

Riddarholm Church

Second Oldest Church in Stockholm. Almost all of the royal monarchs are entombed here.

Millesgarden

Former villa of Carl Milles, and fantastical home to several replicas of the majority his works including his most famous "Hands of God". Millesgarden is located on the edge of the city, but is well worth the trip to experience the beautiful gardens and sculptures.

Drottningholm Palace and Theatre

Often called the "Versailles of Sweden" this group of buildings located on Lake Mälaren house a theater and a palace. The palace is still used by the royal family as residence and the theatre holds shows throughout the year.

Kaknästornet (Kaknäs Television Tower)

The tallest structure in Scandanavia. An elevator can take you to the top where you can dine in the towers restaurant, and get an aerial view the world around you.

Skansen

Get a feel for old Sweden by making a visit to Skansen. In Skansen you can see old homes of druggists, and silversmiths. You can also see demonstrations of crafts and trades performed. Concerts are sometimes held here as well, particularly during the summer months.
